Unified Mobile App Platform for Smart Policing (Internal to the Department)

MCCTNS is a comprehensive Mobile App solution which helps in various aspects of Policing by using Smarter Technologies to increase efficiency of operations.

The software solution consists of Mobile Application for Police Officers and a Desktop Web Application for Senior Officers and Administrators.

The Mobile Application can be installed in the mobile phones of all the officers. The Web Application acts as controlling backend as well as Viewing and Analysing Platform for senior officers and administrators.

The App consists of various resource materials for Police Personnel which comes handy when required. Including around 180 important Acts and Sections, various resources essential for efficient operation of Police Officers are present in this section.

Instant access to Criminal Profiles in Officers’ phone is a boon in several situations. It saves lot of valuable time compared to searching the details from manual records. The App is capable of showing complete criminal profile of the person like basic details, case history, MO type, category, photo

Smart Fingerprint Identification

This module helps Police Officers check the identity of the person anywhere, anytime in few seconds if the person is in criminal database. The scanned fingerprints will be compared with millions of fingerprint in the central biometric server and the results with complete criminal profile and identifying information will be sent

UDR Cases

All officers can access UDR cases data in their phone itself. UDRs cases will be notified to all officers of the unit whenever it is registered. Various search options are provided. UDR details can be cross searched with missing cases to find any matching results.

Missing Persons

All officers can access Missing persons data in their phone itself. Missing cases will be notified to all officers of the unit whenever it is registered. Various search options are provided. Missing Details can be cross searched with UDR Cases to find any matching results.

Vehicle Owner & Crime Search

Vehicle Search module enables officers to instantly access the Owner details and crime details of a particular vehicle from their mobile phone. Officer enters the vehicle registration number in the app for which the details are required and he instantly gets the details in his phone.

Arrest Coordination

This feature helps in coordination of arrests among all the officers of the District. Whenever a wanted criminal is arrested in any of the police station, the officer notifies arrest using app. As soon as he does that, all the officers of the unit will get a notification along with the photo and details of the arrested person.

A.I Based Face Recognition

As the technology advances, face is becoming the new identity. Our app based face recognition solution can take picture of a person from smartphone camera and perform face recognition on criminal database.

Push Notifications

This enables to send push notifications to all officers using the App. Notifications can be any announcements, reminders, messages, photos etc

Face Recognition Alerts

An Officer can put any criminal in his watchlist. Wherever the Face Recognition infrastructure is present and the person is identified, the officer will get watchlist alert in his phone along with identification result and details.

ALPR Alerts

An Officer can put any vehicle in his watchlist. Wherever the ALPR infrastructure is present and the vehicle is identified, the officer will get watchlist alert in his phone along with identification result and details.
